Job Location: Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Cultivate new vendor relationships for resource contracting services.
Evaluate candidate profiles for job opportunities and career transitions.

HR Management Activities:

Assist in planning and conducting employee training programs.
Support onboarding and exit processes.
Coordinate small office events.

Requirements:

Familiarity with professional networking platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data management.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.

Details:

Stipend: 7K + Incentives
Period: 3 months, with the potential to transition to a Full-Time Junior role
