Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

   - Source, verify, and assess potential candidate profiles for a range of job opportunities, contracting assignments, and career transitions.

2. Social Media Management and Lead Generation:
   - Develop compelling content for regular posting on professional networking platforms, collaborating with design associates.
   - Engage in lead generation activities across various online professional communities.
   - Cultivate and sustain a network with promising leads.
   - Consistently share pertinent content on different platforms, adhering to their policies and avoiding restrictions.
   - Update the CRM with generated leads and collaborate closely with the sales team.

3. Administrative and Communication Skills:
   - Utilize spreadsheet software for efficient data management and reporting.
   - Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 

Requirements:
