We are hiring a Team Lead with 6+ years of software development experience and expertise in Java, Spring Framework, MySQL, and Javascript-based UI development. The ideal candidate should also have experience with Python, Hadoop/H Base No SQL, Dockerization, and Containerization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
• Develop and maintain software applications, databases, and software environments Ensure software applications meet high-quality standards and are tested and debugged Monitor software performance and suggest improvements
• Adhere to software development methodologies, standards, and best practices

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development
