Job Location: Phase 3, Technopark, Trivandrum

Responsibilities

Handle End-to-End Recruitment processes.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Understanding the client's requirements and Sourcing, Screening profiles, shortlisting the candidates for a preliminary interview.
Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.
Regularly maintain and update candidate tracker.
Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.
Ability to handle multiple requirements.
Understanding clients technology, domain, and product and service.
Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.

Essentials

Good communication/ etiquettes
Excellent analytical skills
Positive approach

Qualification: One who has the above-mentioned skills. (Preferably Female Candidates)
