Looking for an experienced Automotive Engineering Team Manager to lead our Mobility, IoT, and Industry-focused projects. This role requires a strong background in software and hardware engineering within the automotive industry, with hands-on experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, manage complex project timelines, and ensure the successful execution of infotainment and AUTOSAR-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in Mobility, Infotainment, and IoT projects.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

• Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of infotainment, AUTOSAR, and IoT products.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineering.

• Utilize deep knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and infotainment systems.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Lead technical discussions and decision-making for scalable and robust solutions.

• Work closely with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to align project goals and deliverables.

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Present technical updates and project progress to senior management and clients.

• Implement best practices for software development, hardware design, and testing.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262).

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high product quality and reliability.

Hardware Expertise

• Interpretation of standards and norms to define hardware requirements.

• Analog electronics design, including power supplies, microcontroller interfaces, and RFID base stations.

• Radio electronics (868 MHz) design and antenna tuning.

• PCB layout (6-8 layers) design expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, and IoT-related projects.

• Proven experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and infotainment systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).

• Knowledge of vehicle networking protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and other development tools.
