The Client
In this project, the client was a state government organization managing the recruitment of top-level management positions of PSUs owned by the State Government. The application may be used by multiple users in a recruitment panel.
The Challenge
The client wanted to have a web site for the organization as well as the same URL should function as the recruitment application for them. They wanted to establish a transparent system for the applicants. The process of recruitment should be simplified and with the application they want it to be performed completely through the web portal. The number of applicants should also be more. The client wants to have automated filtering criteria for job applications, so that the application may help the recruiters to shortlist the applications in a faster way. The Client wanted to complete the application in less time.
How We Helped
The client was having an idea about the whole application. Application form was redesigned and eligibility criteria were also defined. We had several rounds of meetings to understand the exact requirements, conducted meetings with prototype designs and proceeded from there. Prototypes helped the client to come up with requirements that helped in the application design and minimize the change requests. After completion, our team also helped the clients to conduct one round of their recruitment process.
Due to the time constraint, the application is developed and planned to release in Different Phases in a progressive way. The application was developed in an agile model. The application code should be handed over to an auditing team for performing security auditing and verifying coding standards, our team adhered to the highest coding standards and thus we passed the auditing in an initial pass itself and we were managed to keep the delivery time intact as we planned. We helped our clients to get the application developed on time, with the highest quality and well within their financial budgets.
